BT was more efficient than other types of file transfers, but acknowledged that he knew it was illegal, and with ET having over 130.000 members, the torrents and content would be downloaded many times.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was a moderator who lived in **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** worked at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and was a friend of **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would seed from **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** server.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, left the ET organization 2 to 3 months before the takedown, and knew **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** because he had mentioned purchasing something using **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** discount at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, told **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** that he was **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** left the organization a few months before the takedown.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** a good uploader but they never talked.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was a good uploader, and he worked for **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** on their computers.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** knew he was a uploader but had no other information.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** remembered that some of the uploaders would talk about having
access to top sites, but he couldn’t recall who it was.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** related that all of the chats that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** participated in on MIRC were logged to his computer by default. Additionally, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated he had several ET members in his AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** family was aware of his online activity. Several times **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would download a movie, and either write the title on the DVD or create and print a label.

The material **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** uploaded was material he was interested in and what he believed would be popular to others on the site.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** never transferred or viewed child pornography.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would download adult porn from pornbits.net, where **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was also an administrator.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** asked if he could use his AIM account to try and reconnect with
