American Werewolf in London, An (1981) - (well we do know that Star Wars alum Rick Baker, Frank Oz, Doug Beswick, Peter Diamond and Les Dilley were each involved in both  (AWL and SW) films, but I'm totally missing the reference after several viewings)

My name is Darth Vader, I am an Extra-Terrestrial  from the planet Vulcan..." .  The scene fades to the next day where George says that's something has happened, Marty asks what and George says, "Last night Darth Vader came down from the planet Vulcan and said that if I didn't ask Loraine to the dance that he'd melt my brain."  (Also, this is somewhat unrelated but might be worth mentioning as an unusual Indy reference:  D. Behind the Ears: The True Story of Roger Rabbit (2003) - [1] In the Documentary: Jon Alexander from ILM notes that "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" had about 1004 effects shots.  The only movie at the time with anywhere near that many was '(Return of the) Jedi' with around 300 effects shots.  [2] A shot of the optical printing lab shows an Italian Star Wars ("Guerre Stellari") ANH poster.  (Thanks to John at Obroa-Skai for these references!)
Behind the Music That Sucks (2000?) - Behind the Music. It was on J-Lo and showing how she struggled to get to the top because of her big ass but there was a bit where she was auditioning for a role in a movie and she was saying Yoda's lines from TPM "our council will hold on one who is ready" I know that isn't the right quote but I can't remember it exactly. (Thanks to medleyoz!)
Benchwarmers, The (2006) - Mel (Lovitz) is a billionaire with a huge collection of Star Wars and other movie props (including the KITT Car from Knight Rider).  In addition to the Fett, Solo in Carbonite, the Stormtrooper and several blasters he's got a life sized Yoda, R2D2 and several Star Wars posters.  (Thanks to Michelle for the alert)

Big Money Hustlas (2000) - Dolemite (Moore) appears in a cameo ala Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989) - Bill (Winter) and Ted (Reeves), both in suits of armor and carrying swords:  Ted: 'I am Darth Ted'   Bill: 'I'll never rule the universe with you"
Blade Runner (1982) - A model of Han Solo's ship from the original Star Wars trilogy, the Millennium Falcon, was used as a futuristic building in several scenes throughout the film. Model Maker William George had been scratch-building the model in his spare time for his own amusement. During the filming of Blade Runner, the model making team was desperate to get more buildings into the L.A. cityscape. So they took George's five-foot-tall, wood and plastic model, decked it out with etched brass, tubing and fiber optics for illumination and placed into several scenes.
The Falcon/building makes most of its appearances when Gaff and Deckard are flying in the police spinner to the police station. The Falcon is standing on it's tail end and has a large platform with towers and spires on the nose. So as you looking at the building from the side, you'll be seeing a top (or bottom) view of the ship. Also the cockpit has been removed from the side so it's harder to recognize.
Boogie Nights (1997) - [1] When Eddie (Wahlberg) and Reed (Reilly) meet for the first time;  Reed asks if Eddie has seen Star Wars  Eddie: "Yes, 4 times. [2] Kenai (Phoenix) and Koda (Suarez) are on a fallen tree over a deep ravine...Rutt comments that Kenai is, "...like some sort of Indiana Inuit"  [3]  when Kenai and Koda meet up with the other bears Rutt says, "That big bear's on CNN!"  (bear that's voiced by Michael Clark Duncan)  Tuke says, "no, you're thinking of Darth Vader, he's the one that does CNN"

Bugs Life, A (1998) - The carnival scene, Flik (Foley) enters the carnival which has that "Cantina" quality to it.  Coincidentally (or maybe not?) Flik is the name of the Luke Skywalker character in Trapalhões na Guerra Dos Planetas, Os (1978), which is quite an odd mirroring of A New Hope.
Burglar (1987) - Watch the movie and tell us what the reference is!
Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins (2000) (V) - Watch the movie and tell us what the reference is!

Captain Eo (1986) - (these lines resemble those of Han Solo on the Death Star) : Captain EO: 'No, sir. Everything's under control, sir!'   (Commander Bog looks around and sees the ship in disarray.)  Commander Bog: 'What's going on?'  Captain EO: 'We're having a slight weapons malfunction, sir.'  Commander Bog: 'Captain EO, have you engaged in combat against orders?!'  (Hooter throws something at the screen and covers the Commander's eyes.)  Commander Bog: 'I can't see! Captain EO, what's going on?'
Captain Harlock (1978) - Captain Harlock is modeled after Han Solo.
Cannibal! the Musical <aka Alferd Packer: The Musical> (1996) - Watch the movie and tell us what the reference is!

[2] Two characters re-enact the Cloud City duel, between Luke and Vader, with flashlights on the roof of a house where a party is taking place. The character playing 'Vader' starts to go for 'Luke's' hand, but 'Luke' pushes 'Vader', 'Vader' says, "Luke didn't push Darth Vader." 'Luke', "No, but he should've!"
Casper: The Spirited Beginning (1997 Video only) - Chris (Barett) tries to show Casper (J. Foley) how to use his 'powers'. Chris places a blanket over Casper's head. Casper says he can't see with the blanket over his head, Chris says, 'Use your instincts Spook Skywalker'
Cat City (1986) - The film (animation) opens with the Star Wars style scroll.
Cat in the Hat (2004) -   When The Cat says he'd try to clean the kitchen, Sally grabs his bow-tie and says "You don't try. You do." (Yoda's "Do or do not, there is no try" translated into forward-English) (Thanks to John at Obroa-Skai for this reference!)

Cats & Dogs (2001) - The Ninja cats and Star Wars sounds!
Cecil B. DeMented (2000) - [1] Star Wars is on the marquee of a theater [2] Even though it was not intended as a compliment, Waters was delighted with the nickname. Apparently he was saving it in the back of his mind for the time when he would satirize everything the mainstream film industry stands for. That time has apparently come. As the opening credits roll for "Cecil B. DeMented," Waters shows the marquees of one humongous multiplex chain after another, all of which are showing a "Star Wars" or "Indiana Jones" sequel.
Centurians of Rome (1980) - About half way through the film the Star Wars' main theme starts to play.
Chapter Two (1979) - Schneider (Caan) reflects on his past dates, one of which could have been a character from Star Wars.
Chicken Run (2000) - [1] Rocky (Gibson) says, 'Look at the SIZE of that thing!' upon seeing the pie machine. [2] the scene in the pie machine where Rocky and Ginger have to avoid the pies is just like Indy avoiding the wrong stones in Raiders of the Lost Ark.  [3] Just as they are getting out of the oven, Rocky and Ginger slide out from under the door just in time and right before the door closes Ginger grabs her beret which is still on the inside of the closing door [4]  also, as Rocky and Ginger are running to the end of the pie machine a series of gears cross their paths and then a group of gears rolls after them (boulder after Indy) [5] A deleted scene from the pie machine: Rocky comes face-to-face with a chicken skeleton inside the machine, like Indy comes face-to-face with Forrestal's skeleton in Raiders. [6] In the making of Chicken Run (on the DVD special features) Nick Park (creator/animator) is describing the huge chicken machine as, "...the Death Star of chicken-dom"
Chasing Amy (1997) - [1] Hooper (Ewell) says that Holden (Affleck) is, '...going to the darkside"  [2] After 'Chasing Amy' speech Silent Bob (Smith) says to Holden, "do, or do not.  There is no try"  [3] HOLDEN (calling out) Bulls*t! Lando Calrissian was a black man, and he got to fly the Millennium Falcon! Hooper whips his head around, looking for the source of the comment HOOPER Who said that?!? HOLDEN (standing) I did! Lando Calrissian is a positive black role model in the realm of Science Fiction/Fantasy. HOOPER F**k Lando Calrissian! Uncle Tom n**ger! Always some white boy gotta invoke 'the holy trilogy!' Bust this - those movies are about how the white man keeps the brother man down - even in a galaxy far, far away. Check this s**t. You got cracker farm-boy Luke Skywalker, Nazi poster boy - blond hair, blue eyes. And then you've got Darth Vader: the blackest brother in the galaxy. Nubian God. BANKY (Lee) What's a Nubian? HOOPER Shut the f**k up! Now Vader, he's a spiritual brother, with the force and all that s**t. Then this cracker Skywalker gets his hands on a light- saber, and the boy decides he's gonna run the f**king universe - gets a whole Klan of whites together, and they're gonna bust up Vader's 'hood the Death Star. Now what the f**k do you call that! BANKY Intergalactic Civil War! HOOPER Gentrification. They're gonna drive our the black element, to make the galaxy quote, unquote 'safe' for white folks. HOLDEN But Vader turns, out to be Luke's father. And in Jedi, they become friends. HOOPER Don't make me bust a cap in your a*s, yo! Jedi's the most insulting installment, because Vader's beautiful, black visage is sullied when he pulls off his mask to reveal a feeble, crusty white man! They're trying to tell us that deep inside, we all want to be white! (Thanks to Sander for #3!)
Cheap Kung Fu Theatre 2 (1998) - Watch the movie and tell us what the reference is!
Chearleader Ninjas (2002) -
Chillicothe(1999)  -  [1] Wade Hinkle (Edwards) tries to convince two of his friends, Shane (Cory Edwards) & Matt (Bedgood) that they need to come with him to a restaurant where their other friend Kevin (Knull) is, and has been, watching a waitress to give him moral support: Wade: "Let me put it in your terms.....I'm his Chewbacca, ok...it would be like Han Solo in the cantina bar without Chewbacca"  Matt: "It's starting to sink in"  Wade: "...you see what I'm saying...he would look like a freak roaming the galaxy alone in his ship"   Shane: "The Millennium Falcon"   Wade: "Yeah, I know what it's called...so, right now I'm going to go down and be the Wookiee side-kick."  Shane: Ok, now if you're Chewbacca then why does Matt have to go?"  Shane: He's my Chewbacca"   Matt: "I don't have a Chewbacca..."   Shane: OK, right...ok, Chewie...let's get in the damn ship and go!"  [2] Wade and Matt talk about how they're going to be the best guys when the next pretty girl comes by...but they blow it and the girls drive away.  Matt says, like they've lost something great, "She had Princess Leia hair..."  Wade: "I know"
[3] Return of the Jedi poster on the living room wall:
[4] on the commentary (DVD) The Chewbacca joke was based on some real life happenings says the director Todd Edwards, his brother, who plays Shane in the film, says, "I love that I get to be a part of the Star Wars reference in this film"

Clerks (1994) -[1] script RANDAL (Anderson) 'there was something else going on in Jedi. I never noticed it until today.' DANTE (O'Halloran): What's that? RANDAL: All right, Vader's boss...  DANTE: The Emperor.   RANDAL: Right, the Emperor. Now the Emperor is kind of a spiritual figure, yes?  DANTE: How do you mean?   RANDAL: Well, he's like the pope for the dark side of the Force. He's a holy man; a shaman, kind of, albeit an evil one.   DANTE: I guess.   RANDAL: Now, he's in charge of the Empire. The Imperial government is under his control. And the entire galaxy is under Imperial rule.  DANTE: Yeah.  RANDAL: Then wouldn't that logically mean that it's a theocracy? If the head of the Empire is a priest of some sort, then it stands to reason that the government is therefore one based on religion.   DANTE: It would stand to reason, yes.  RANDAL: Hence, the Empire was a fascist theocracy, and the rebel forces were therefore battling religious persecution.  DANTE: More or less.  RANDAL: The only problem is that at no point in the series did I ever hear Leia or any of the rebels declare a particular religious belief.  DANTE: I think they were Catholics' [2] RANDAL: You know what I just watched? DANTE: Me pulling a can off some moron's fist  RANDAL: Return of the Jedi.  DANTE Didn't you hear me? Caitlin really is getting married.  RANDAL Which did you like better: Jedi or The Empire Strikes Back.  DANTE (exasperated) Empire.  RANDAL Blasphemy.  DANTE Empire had the better ending: Luke gets his hand cut off, and finds out Vader's his father; Han gets frozen and taken away by Boba Fett.  It ends on such a down note. And that's life-a series of down endings. All Jedi had was a bunch of Muppets.  RANDAL There was something else going on in Jedi. I never noticed it until today.  RANDAL follows DANTE as he cleans up around the store.  DANTE What's that? then came reference #1 from the script,  followed by:      RANDAL You know what else I noticed in Jedi?  DANTE There's more?  RANDAL So they build another Death Star, right?   DANTE Yeah.  RANDAL Now the first one they built was completed and fully operational before the Rebels destroyed it.   DANTE Luke blew it up. Give credit where it's due.  RANDAL And the second one was still being built when they blew it up.   DANTE Compliments of Lando Calrissian.  RANDAL Something just never sat right with me the second time they destroyed it. I could never put my finger on it-something just wasn't right.  DANTE And you figured it out?  RANDAL Well, the thing is, the first Death Star was manned by the Imperial army-storm troopers, dignitaries- the only people onboard were Imperials.  DANTE Basically.  RANDAL So when they blew it up, no prob. Evil is punished.  DANTE And the second time around...?   RANDAL The second time around, it wasn't even finished yet. They were still under construction.  DANTE So?  RANDAL A construction job of that magnitude would require a helluva lot more manpower than the Imperial army had  to offer. I'll bet there were independent contractors working on that thing: plumbers, aluminum siders, roofers.  DANTE Not just Imperials, is what you're getting at.  RANDAL Exactly. In order to get it built quickly and quietly they'd hire anybody who could do the job. Do you think the average storm trooper knows how to install a toilet main? All they know is killing and white uniforms.   DANTE All right, so even if independent contractors are working on the Death Star, why are you uneasy with its destruction?   RANDAL All those innocent contractors hired to do a job were killed- casualties of a war they had nothing to do with.  (notices Dante's confusion) All right, look-you're a roofer, and some juicy government contract comes your way; you got the wife and kids and the two-story in suburbia-this is a government contract, which means all sorts of  benefits. All of a sudden these left-wing militants blast you with lasers and wipe out everyone within a three-mile radius. (MORE)  RANDAL (CONT'D) You didn't ask for that. You have no personal politics. You're just trying to scrape out a living.  The BLUE-COLLAR MAN joins them.   BLUE-COLLAR MAN  Excuse me. I don't mean to interrupt, but what were you talking about?  RANDAL The ending of Return of the Jedi.  DANTE My friend is trying to convince me that any contractors working on the uncompleted Death Star were innocent victims when the space station was destroyed by the rebels.  (Thanks to Sander for reference #2!)
